Yoga for children is nothing new, but when the yoga teacher is a child... 11-year old Amanda Lerner gives yoga classes for children every Wednesday in the vegetarian restaurant (T.H.R.I.V.E.) near Miami’s South Beach. Amanda is a certified yoga instructor. Her certificate gives her the right to teach yoga to adults and children, but she is focused on organizing classes for children. The children’s yoga class is mostly fun and games for the kids, but they also do some real yoga poses. "She knows about the breathing and has the kids hold hands and leads the group, it's very cool," – says one of the visitors at T.H.R.I.V.E.
